We are excited to announce the completion of the Castle Argyle Senior Apartments project for Human Good. The project was designed and coordinated by Relativity Architects. The project consisted of the rehabilitation of a nearly 100-year-old building which serves low-income seniors and disabled adults in the Hollywood neighborhood. The entire property underwent extensive renovation which included a complete interior and exterior rehabilitation of all residential units, corridors, and common spaces. The scope also included extensive seismic retrofitting of the building and all major building systems.

HiFi Collective Apartments Reaches Completion
We are excited to announce the completion of the HiFi Collective Apartments project for Linc Housing. Linc Housing has partnered with the Search to Involve Philipino Americans (SIPA) to build a mixed-use development in the Historic Filipinotown of Los Angeles. The project was designed and coordinated by D33 Design & Planning Architects and includes 63 units of permanent supportive housing for families and individuals who have experienced homelessness.

Santa Monica Vermont Groundbreaking
On May 04, 2022, the Santa Monica Vermont Apartments project for Little Tokyo Service Center (LTSC) officially broke ground. LTSC has partnered with the Los Angeles County Metro Transit Authority to build two (2) six-story buildings with187 affordable units. The ground floor will include a health center, social services offices, and commercial space. The project will be LEED certified and include upgrades to the plaza area at the station. Construction of the project is expected to be complete in Spring of 2024.

Los Lirios Apartments Groundbreaking
We are excited to announce that we officially broke ground at the Los Lirios Apartments, a project for East LA Community Corporation (ELACC) and BRIDGE Housing Corporation. The 5-story development is a joint development with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) and will provide 64 units of affordable housing to the Boyle Heights neighborhood. In addition, the project will deliver other improvements to the public transit plaza. This will help reduce two of the largest household expenses for its residents, housing and transportation. The project is expected to be completed in 2023.

Magnolia Villas Reaches Substantial Completion
We are excited to announce that the Magnolia Villas project for EAH Housing has reached substantial completion. The project was designed and coordinated by DE Architects and includes 40-units of housing for Seniors. The development includes 2,000 sq. ft. of courtyard open space, community garden, offices, community room and convenient access to public transportation, health care facilities and shopping center.

The project was designed and coordinated by Lahmon Architects and includes 64 units of permanent supportive housing in the Watts neighborhood of Los Angeles. The development features two 4-story structures connected by a series of pedestrian bridges, a central courtyard and additional landscaped amenity space that connects the two buildings.

The Brine Groundbreaking
On March 22, 2022, the Brine project for Decro Group officially broke ground in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood. The 5-story development will provide 97 units of permanent supportive and affordable housing to the surrounding community.

The project was designed and coordinated by AC Martin and includes 56 units of permanent supportive housing. The development features stepped building heights along its southern property line to provide an amenity deck, as well as transition to the adjoining residential neighborhood. Amenities include a laundry facility, community room, offices, and on-site support services.
