We are excited to announce that the Magnolia Villas project for EAH Housing has reached substantial completion. The project was designed and coordinated by DE Architects and includes 40-units of housing for Seniors. The development includes 2,000 sq. ft. of courtyard open space, community garden, offices, community room and convenient access to public transportation, health care facilities and shopping center.
