We are excited to announce that we officially broke ground at the Los Lirios Apartments, a project for East LA Community Corporation (ELACC) and BRIDGE Housing Corporation. The 5-story development is a joint development with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) and will provide 64 units of affordable housing to the Boyle Heights neighborhood. In addition, the project will deliver other improvements to the public transit plaza. This will help reduce two of the largest household expenses for its residents, housing and transportation. The project is expected to be completed in 2023.
