We are excited to announce the completion of the Gramercy Apartments project for Hollywood Community Housing. The project was designed and coordinated by Kevin Daly Architects (KDA) and includes 64 units of housing for Seniors in the Harvard Heights neighborhood. The development includes a community space, laundry facilities and courtyard. The façade features Benchmark by Thermory thermos-pine slats.
