On June 10th, Mosaic Gardens at Westlake Project broke ground in Los Angeles for a new affordable housing project. The development will bring 125 units of housing for low-income residents, seniors and formerly homeless families.

Walton Construction Services was recently awarded a contract to provide General Contracting Services for the LINC Housing Corporations, Mosaic Garden’s at Westlake affordable housing project.

Mosaic Gardens, located in the Westlake community of the city of Los Angeles, is a new-construction multi-family housing development that will provide a total of 125 one, two, and three-bedroom units. Sixty-three units are reserved for formerly homeless, while 62 units will house low-income families and seniors. Mosaic Gardens at Westlake is being designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification. Construction is scheduled to be completed by December 2017.
