On June 26, 2019 the Gramercy Place Apartments project for Hollywood Community Housing broke ground in the Harvard Heights neighborhood. The mixed-use affordable housing development will provide 64 units of housing for seniors and formerly homeless persons. The project is designed by Kevin Daly Architects and is expected to open the first quarter of 2021.
We are honored to be selected as the General Contractors for the Gramercy Place project. Our Project Team includes; Cameron Hawkins (Senior Project Manager), Valentin Quintero (Superintendent), and Cody Shahan (Project Engineer).
Walton Construction Inc. is a family owned general contracting company that specializes in mixed-use Multi-Family and Senior Housing developments. We collaborate with non-profit clients on new and rehabilitation projects for family, senior and special needs residents.
