We are excited to announce that we recently completed the Greenway Meadows project, the first senior housing development for Community Corporation of Santa Monica. The project was designed and coordinated by DE Architects and includes 39 one-bedroom affordable apartments for Seniors, community space, library/computer lab, courtyard, rooftop deck, and an on-site Resident Service Coordinator.
