We are excited to announce that we recently completed the Spark at Midtown project for LINC Housing. The project was designed and coordinated by D33 Design and Planning and features 95 units of affordable and supportive housing. Spark at Midtown has revitalized the Long Beach boulevard and provides a vibrant public space, a medical center, future café for workforce training, and a YMCA for an after-school program for residents.
