We are excited to announce the completion of the Dahlia Apartments project for Affirmed Housing Group. The project was designed and coordinated by AC Martin and includes 56 units of permanent supportive housing. The development features stepped building heights along its southern property line to provide an amenity deck, as well as transition to the adjoining residential neighborhood. Amenities include a laundry facility, community room, offices, and on-site support services.
