We are excited to announce that Pico Eleven a Pacific Apartments Homes project won the AIA Los Angeles Merit Award for Multi-Unit Residential in the Medium category (up to 50 units). The Pico Eleven apartments were designed and coordinated by KFA Architects. The project is located on Pico Blvd in Santa Monica and features unique reclaimed wood siding.
