We are excited to announce that our team recently achieved substantial completion of the PATH Metro Villas Phase II project for PATH Partners. This is the second and final phase of the PATH Metro Villas supportive housing complex. Phase II was the first project to break ground with Proposition HHH funds.
PATH Metro Villas Phase II will provide 122 homes for low-income and people experiencing homelessness, in addition to on-site supportive services.
