On Monday, March 04, 2019 the Aria project for Affirmed Housing broke ground in the Westlake district of Los Angeles. The development will offer 57 apartment homes for the formerly homeless. The five-story structure will include 1,000 sf. of common space as well as a large outdoor courtyard with a garden for resident’s use.
Our Project Team and Walton Field Staff are extremely excited to deliver such an excellent project for our client and the surrounding community; Blake Jackson (V.P. /Senior Project Manager), Kirk Green (Project Manager), Dusty Gravatt Sr. (Superintendent), and Elio Cervantes (Project Engineer) This project is designed to achieve Green Point Rated Gold certification. Construction is scheduled to be completed by September 2020.
