Santa Monica & Vermont Apartments is a new construction transit-oriented affordable housing development by Little Tokyo Service Center, located above the Metro B Line Vermont/Santa Monica Station in East Hollywood. The project consists of two six-story buildings providing 187 affordable apartment homes, including permanent supportive housing for formerly homeless individuals and families. The development features a mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom units, along with approximately 20,000 square feet of community-serving commercial space, including a federally qualified health center. Resident amenities include community rooms, landscaped courtyards, outdoor gathering spaces, supportive service offices, and direct access to public transit.
