Walnut Park Apartments is a new construction affordable housing development by Hollywood Community Housing Corporation, located in the unincorporated community of Walnut Park in Los Angeles County. The project consists of two 4-story buildings connected by pedestrian bridges, offering 64 affordable units for low-income individuals and families. The development includes a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and is built over one level of subterranean parking. Project amenities include a 1,600-square-foot community room, resident lounge, computer lab, offices for on-site supportive services, a courtyard, and a laundry facility.
