Project Description

Affirmed Housing | Los Angeles, CA

New construction of a five-story, 55-unit affordable and permanent supportive housing development in the Chatsworth neighborhood.  The project includes rooftop deck and nearly 2,000 square feet of ground floor space, a laundry room, a large community room and kitchen space.  The development will also provide on-site supportive services aimed at helping formerly unhoused residents.

  • First Measure HHH-funded permanent supportive housing development built in the City Council’s 12th District
  • Funded through a combination of sources, including the California’s Veterans Housing and Homeless Prevention Program (VHHP) and City of Los Angeles
  • Prevailing Wage, Section 3, and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) requirements
