Salvation Army | Pasadena, CA

New construction of a four-story, 65-unit permanent supportive housing development reserved for formerly homeless and veteran households. The project includes on-site supportive services administered by the Salvation Army and U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.  The ground floor includes a state-of-the-art People’s Choice Market Pantry which allows tenants to select groceries and personal hygiene products at no cost. Additional amenities include a yoga room, a courtyard, a library, and multiple outdoor decks.
