New construction of a four-story, 61 unit mixed-used permanent supportive housing development in East Los Angeles.  The project includes a Spanish Colonial Revival style building featuring a street-level pedestrian plaza at the intersection of 1st and Rowan. The amenities include commercial retail space, four laundry rooms, two community rooms, a recreational courtyard, fitness room, a community garden and terrace.  The development will provide housing and support services for formerly homeless veterans and low-income families.
