Rehabilitation of a three-story, 64-unit low-income senior housing project located in Santa Clarita. The project included renovations of the community rooms, office spaces, laundry facilities, libraries, and all unit interiors.
- New kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring throughout the building
- Complete overhaul of the building’s plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
- New mailbox locations and elevator modernization
- Exterior paint, window retrofit, egress and parking pavement
- New energy efficient upgrades
- One of the first Rental Assistance Demonstration for Project Rental Assistance Contracts) (RAD for PRAC) (LIHTC) funded projects in the nation
- Senior housing, occupied rehabilitation
