The Castle Argyle Apartment project consist of the rehabilitation of a historic 96 studio and one-bedroom senior housing development located in Hollywood. The project scopes included extensive renovation which included a complete interior and exterior rehabilitation of all residential units, corridors, and common spaces.
- Senior housing, Occupied rehabilitation
- Funded with low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC)
- Extensive seismic retrofitting of the building and all major building systems
- New solar thermal system
- Installation of new 100 kW 3-Phase Diesel Generator system and Trash Chute system
- Addition of new gurney compliant elevator and ADA accessible entry
- Fire Life Safety System Upgrade
