Location: Los Angeles, CA
New construction of a scatter site affordable housing development in the West Adams neighborhood of Los Angeles. The development consists of two sites with a total of 86 affordable and supportive homes for seniors and formerly homeless and at-risk seniors. The project features a unique cantilevered section at the fourth floor to create a vibrant visual element.
- Certified with a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED®) Gold rating from U.S. Green Building Council
- Unique cantilevered section in the front of the building
- Project Labor Agreement (PLA), Prevailing Wage and Section 3 requirements
- Funded with low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC)
