Location: Los Angeles, CA
New construction of a five-story, 55-unit affordable permanent supportive housing project in the Broadway-Manchester neighborhood. The project included open space amenities including an elevated terrace, a community room, computer room, laundry facilities, office space for support services. The development caters to formerly unhoused seniors.
- GreenPoint rated property also features several sustainable and energy-efficient measures, such as low water use landscaping, solar hot water and Energy Star appliances
- Fiber cement panels, wood siding, and stucco give the building a unique exterior facade
- Project funded with Measure HHH funds and TCAC credits
