Linc Housing has partnered with the Search to Involve Pilipino Americans (SIPA) to build a mixed-use development in the Historic Filipinotown, Los Angeles. The HiFi Collective Apartment project consist of the new construction of a 5-story building with 63 units of supportive, affordable housing. The new development provides homes for families and individuals who have experienced homelessness. The residents will have access to several amenities, including a community room, computer lab, community kitchen, outdoor deck, offices and supportive services with convenient access to public transportation and shopping.
