Location: Van Nuys, CA
The project consisted of the new construction of a 41 unit, 3-story affordable senior housing building. Amenities include a large multi-use community room, fitness center, on-site laundry room on each floor, small library, and community garden. Willis Avenue apartments is home to older adults who have been homeless and recovering from mental illness.
