Location: Los Angeles, CA
The Iris is the new construction of a 6-story, 61-unit affordable and supportive housing development in West Los Angeles. The project provides permanent supportive housing for formerly unhoused individuals and affordable units for low-income families and individuals. The project includes a laundry room, mail room, offices for on-site management and support services, community room featuring a kitchen and media area, rooftop deck with a lounge area and community garden beds.
