The Chapel is the new construction of a 5-story, 44-unit affordable housing development. The project is designed to serve low-income individuals and families, formerly homeless individuals and families, and at-risk transition-age youth. The project includes commercial space on the ground floor, a community room with computer area and conference room, offices for on-site support services, outdoor children’s play area, and rooftop terrace.
