The Budokan project consists of the demolition of an existing 6-story brick building, an existing 2-story brick building, and associated surface parking and the construction of new multi-sports and activities building of approximately 30,000 gross square feet in the City of Los Angeles.
The building program will include one level of subterranean parking, with a double court basketball gymnasium, outdoor theater, community room, entry courtyard, entry lobby, storage, and utility spaces on the ground floor.
