This is the second and final phase of the PATH Metro Villas supportive housing complex. The project consisted of the new construction of a 6-story mixed use residential building with 1 level of subterranean parking and site improvements. The common areas include offices, community room, and outdoor amphitheater terrace.
PATH metro Villas Phase II will provide 122 homes for low-income and people experiencing homelessness, in addition to on-site support services.
