Renovation of a 13 story building with 199 apartments. Scope of work included new kitchens in all units, renovation of the lobby and hallways including new lighting, flooring, and paint. Replacement of plumbing and rooftop HVAC equipment. Exterior work included new monument sign and landscaping.
