Renovation of a 188 unit, 16 story, senior housing complex. Scope of work includes complete plumbing replacement, lead and asbestos abatement, energy efficiency upgrades, installation of a new roof, new landscaping, window replacement, new unit interiors, and bathroom tile replacement.
