Renovation of a 5-story transitional housing. Scope of work included rehabilitation of all units including new windows, doors, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, new light fixtures for the interior/exterior, new AC units, roof, and newly painted exterior as well as a newly paved/striped parking lot.
- Complete renovation of unit interiors and community spaces
- Exterior paint to improve building façade
- Elevator modernization
- Transitional/Shelter housing, occupied rehabilitation
- Funded with low income housing tax credit (LIHTC)
