The Jordan Downs S2 project is part of a larger Jordan Downs redevelopment initiative in the Watts neighborhood of Los Angeles. This phase, known as S2, consists of the new construction of (2) 4-story buildings with 81 residential units, including a combination of permanent supportive housing and affordable apartments for individuals and families. The project included a community room, retail and commercial space, offices for on-site supportive services, courtyard and outdoor spaces, fitness center and a children’s playground.
