The Jordan Downs Phase S4 project is part of a larger Jordan Downs redevelopment initiative in the Watts neighborhood of Los Angeles. This phase consists of the new construction of two 4-story buildings with 90 residential units, including 56 replacement units for former public housing residents and 34 new units (23 affordable and 11 unrestricted, including a manager’s unit), combining permanent supportive housing and mixed-income apartments.
The project includes a community room, retail and commercial space, offices for on-site supportive services, courtyards and outdoor spaces featuring a large community park/play space, a fitness center, and a children’s playground, all designed to foster a cohesive, vibrant community.
