Florence Mills Apartments is a mixed-use affordable housing development located in the Central Avenue Historic District of South LA.  The project includes 74 new apartment units, 5,000 square feet of commercial retail on the ground floor, and community spaces for onsite resident services.  The apartment community will be home to fifty-four large low-income families and nineteen homeless veterans and families.
