The Gramercy Place Apartment project consists of the new construction of (6) separate 4-story buildings connected by intricate steel framed walkways, and 64 units of affordable housing for seniors in the Harvard Heights neighborhood. The development includes a community space, laundry facilities, and rooftop community garden. The façade features Benchmark by Thermory thermos-pine slats.
