Evergreen consisted of the renovation of multiple sites. The scope of consisted of complete window retrofit, new wall insulation, new energy efficient lighting systems and energy efficient appliances.
- Phased construction plan to minimize disruption to occupied building and minimize cost to owner
- ADA Upgrades
- Installation of new cool roofing
- General building improvements to enhance the interior and exterior facade
- Improvements to pool recreation area including new equipment and surfacing
- Complete sewer line, and domestic water trunk line replacement
