Location: Los Angeles, CA
Renovation of a 41 unit affordable housing existing historical building. Scope of work includes masonry repair and repainting. Installation of roof mounted solar equipment and new hot water boiler. Leed and asbestos abatement and addition of new elevator. Installation of new Trex patio, landscape and fencing upgrades, new unit finishes, new waterproofing of existing foundation, replace all windows and repaint exterior trim.
