Location: Los Angeles, CA
The projects consist of the new-construction of two multi-family developments that will provide 176 units of multi-family affordable housing with at grade parking & common areas at 8 different lots. The common area services will include offices, community room, community laundry facilities as well as outdoor hardscaped and landscaped courtyards.
