Client: Century Housing
Location: Long Beach, CA
The project consisted of the new Construction of an 81-unit, 4-story affordable housing, including community spaces, utility spaces and a health clinic. The project was developed to provide supportive housing for Veterans, ranging from shelter and treatment, to transitional permanent housing. The project has achieved the highest LEED for HOMES designation of Platinum.
