The project consists of the new construction of a
4 story over parking level affordable housing and childcare center project. The housing project will bring affordable housing to 39 families in the surrounding community.
- Low income, multi-family housing project
- Prevailing Wage and Section 3 requirements
- 19,200 SF New Childcare and Recreation Center
- Roof decks will be occupied space for residential use
- Funded with low income housing tax credit (LIHTC)
- Designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification
