Willow Way Apartments is a newly constructed supportive housing development by Linc Housing, located in the City of El Monte. This 4-story community provides 39 affordable homes, including 39 units for individuals who have experienced homelessness. The development features a community room, case management offices for support services, courtyard, rooftop deck, and convenient access to public transportation, shopping, and services.
