Location: Los Angeles, CA
Westhaven is a 5-story building that replaced four dilapidated residential units and vehicle storage with 57 units of affordable housing at the intersection of Western Avenue and Imperial Highway in unincorporated Los Angeles County. The project includes community spaces, laundry room, rooftop terrace, indoor and outdoor community spaces, a computer room, offices for onsite supportive services, and secured room for bicycle parking.
