New construction of a four-story, 54-unit affordable and permanent supportive housing in the Pico-Union neighborhood of Los Angeles.  The project includes a community room, offices, laundry facility, ground-floor courtyard, and fourth floor deck with open seating.  The development will provide housing and support services for extremely low-income, homeless seniors with metal health disorders.
