Venice Community Housing | Venice, CA
New construction of a four-story, 35 unit affordable permanent supportive housing development in Venice, just blocks from the beach. The project was designed as a low-rise structure, which is built with wood framing and has a U-shaped footprint centered on a landscaped central courtyard. The project includes community room, laundry room, and ground floor office spaces for on-site service providers and for the VCHC office.
