New construction of a 5-story, 64-unit mixed-used, transit-oriented development in the Boyle Heights neighborhood. The project includes ground floor retail space, subterranean parking, onsite offices for supportive services, a fitness room, on-site laundry facilities, a community room, a children’s play area, and an outdoor courtyard.
