The Cadence Apartment project consist of the new construction of a 4-story affordable housing development. The project includes 64 units of permanent supportive housing in the Watts neighborhood of Los Angeles. The new development provides homes for families and individuals who have experienced homelessness. Features include community room with kitchen, computer room, outdoor courtyards, indoor bicycle parking, offices for case management, and convenient access to public transportation, shopping and community services.
